Partner Visa Onshore (820/801) Offshore (309/100)
The Partner visas (subclasses 820/801 for onshore applicants and 309/100 for offshore applicants) enable the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to reside in Australia.
Prospective Marriage Visa Subclass 300
This visa allows you to travel to Australia to marry your prospective spouse and subsequently apply for a Partner visa.
Parent Visa Subclass 884, 864
The Contributory Aged Parent visas (subclasses 884 and 864) allow older parents to reside in Australia if their child is an Australian resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen.
Child Visa Subclass 101, 445 and 802
This visa allows a child outside Australia to move and live with their parent in Australia. The child must be dependent on a parent who is an Australian citizen, an eligible New Zealand citizen, or the holder of an Australian permanent visa. For more information, see the Child visa (subclass 101).
